RegistrationPlease review and respect our guidelines before registering. GuidelinesYoga mats are not required for this practice. Arrive early - doors lock on time, come prepared. Empty stomach - leave 2 hours between eating and practicing, 4 hours after a heavy meal. No water or food - do not bring any drinks, water bottles or food to class. Hydrate a maximum of 30 minutes before practicing and wait a minimum of 30 minutes after. Refrain from using heavy scents - this includes natural oils. Menstruation - honor the first 3 days with rest. Turn off anything that rings or beeps. Advise us of any special needs. PaymentCheques payable to Rhonda Fogel Postdated cheques are not accepted. Mail in registration form with payment to: The Wandering Yogi Refund policyFull refunds, minus $10 fee, given when cancel minimum 14 days prior to the first class. No refunds or credits will be given once course has begun. Credits - cancellations within 14 days of course receive 75% of fee credited towards future classes. Service charge - $10 fee subject to withdrawals or returned cheques. |
