Please review and respect our guidelines before registering.

Guidelines

Yoga mats are not required for this practice.

Arrive early - doors lock on time, come prepared.

Empty stomach - leave 2 hours between eating and practicing, 4 hours after a heavy meal.

No water or food - do not bring any drinks, water bottles or food to class. Hydrate a maximum of 30 minutes before practicing and wait a minimum of 30 minutes after.

Refrain from using heavy scents - this includes natural oils.

Menstruation - honor the first 3 days with rest.

Turn off anything that rings or beeps.

Advise us of any special needs.

Refund policy

Full refunds, minus $10 fee, given when cancel minimum 14 days prior to the first class. No refunds or credits will be given once course has begun.

Credits - cancellations within 14 days of course receive 75% of fee credited towards future classes.

Service charge - $10 fee subject to withdrawals or returned cheques.
